ALANNA LYNCH

Alanna has spent 20 years in the rooms her clients are sitting in now.

As COO of Artnet, the publicly listed fine art marketplace, she led the strategic transformation of their operations and oversaw record growth of their media business. She served as CEO of The New York Times Experience Agency and interim CEO of their Social Storytelling Agency, leading a successful merger of the two. Earlier, she was Managing Director of Chandelier Creative, a renowned New York agency known for its work with the world's most influential luxury and lifestyle brands.

She's also a certified executive coach, though she'll be the first to admit that's not really the point, or a title she really identifies with.

What she brings to this work is harder to credential. When Alanna sits across from a senior leader navigating a complex decision, a difficult stakeholder, or a misaligned team, she knows what that room actually feels like.

Her approach is part leadership advisor, part executive coach, part agitator, part sparring partner. She'll ask the questions no one else will. She'll tell you what others won't. And she'll bring a point of view shaped by 20 years of doing the actual work — the same instinct behind Lead Like an Artist, the proprietary creative leadership practice at the core of everything MELIOR FUTURI does.

Based in Melbourne, she works with leaders and teams across Australia and the US. She has more books on her bedside table than she'll ever get around to reading, a deep love for the arts, and is convinced that the most interesting people in the world are always the most interested.
