The Business of Creativity Roundtable

At the Business of Creativity Roundtable, leaders from creatively driven businesses or cultures come together in a collaborative, open environment to sharpen their leadership skills, tackle their toughest challenges, and discover new ways to inspire creativity and drive innovation for sustainable growth.

Through candid discussions and thought-provoking exercises, trust is built, relationships are strengthened, and participants leave feeling engaged, inspired, and empowered to do their best work—together.

Phase 1: Insights

  • The team will gain a deep understanding of their own and their colleagues' natural leadership styles, enhancing collaboration, communication, adaptability, and performance in any situation.

  • The coach will gather candid feedback from key stakeholders to uncover blind spots in group dynamics and identify opportunities for growth, helping refine the workshop’s focus.

Phase 2: Accelerate

12 x 90 min, 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • A high-impact, interactive experience that aligns the team around a shared vision, develops skills, strengthens cohesion and inspires bold innovation.

  • A personalized action plan to drive ongoing sustainable growth, based on workshop outcomes, focusing on both strategic and creative goals.

  • Optional follow-up sessions to help implement changes, ensure accountability, and sustain the team’s acceleration over time.
