Alanna Lynch is a former senior executive turned leadership advisor and certified executive coach, with over 20 years of experience leading and working alongside visionary creative leaders.

Her career began in Sydney’s advertising industry before taking her to New York City, where she served in senior leadership roles at some of the most influential creative agencies, media companies, and art platforms in the world.

As COO of Artnet, a publicly listed online marketplace and newsroom for fine art, she led the strategic transformation of their operations and oversaw record growth of their media business. She also served as CEO of The New York Times Experience Agency and interim CEO of their Social Storytelling Agency, leading a successful merger of the two. Earlier in her career, she was Managing Director of Chandelier Creative, a renowned creative agency in downtown New York known for its work with luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.

Today, as founder of MELIOR FUTURI, Alanna works with senior leaders and executive teams across industries, helping them develop the creative leadership capabilities needed to navigate today’s unpredictable and complex environment.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, she works with clients around the world who are ready to lead with curiosity, courage, and conviction, and remains endlessly fascinated by leadership, human behavior and the arts.
