Hi! I'm Alanna Lynch, an executive coach and business advisor with over 15 years of experience unlocking human potential to inspire creativity, influence change and drive sustainable growth of creatively driven businesses and cultures.
My career began in Sydney’s vibrant advertising industry, but it wasn’t long before I found myself in New York City, where I was lucky enough to serve in senior leadership roles at some of the most influential creative agencies, media companies, and art platforms in the world.
Now, as a certified executive coach, I offer the leadership development, strategic support, and expert guidance that I know firsthand leaders in creative companies need, whether that’s through my 12 week 1:1 leadership program, the Leadership Accelerator or custom Leadership Workshops for teams.
